Inbedrijfstelling fruit sorteerlijn: elektrotechnische afronding
Our TRIBE does not shy away from a challenge, especially when those challenges take us to the most beautiful places on earth. When our client requested our expertise as Project Manager in Nova Scotia, we did not have to think twice.
The request was straightforward: 'Can you take the lead over a team of eight engineers and focus your expertise on the electrotechnical completion and full commissioning—from FAT to SAT—of a fruit pre-sorting line?' Our answer was clear: we certainly can.
Over a period of six weeks, that is exactly what we did. We were tireless in our leadership, ensuring everyone was aligned and keeping a cool head through every challenge we faced. We didn’t just solve the electrotechnical issues; we also tackled mechanical tasks and even the necessary plumbing. We did whatever it took to ensure the deadline was never compromised.
The project required more than just our technical skills; it demanded our ability to act as a bridge, keeping all parties aligned and safeguarding the quality of the project for the client. It was a resounding success: six weeks later, the machine was operating flawlessly and without malfunctions, allowing for a smooth handover to the customer.
