Je neemt eigenaarschap over het volledige recruitmentproces voor technische functies: van intake met de directie tot sourcing, selectie en begeleiding van kandidaten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verder ontwikkelen van HR-processen binnen TRIBE, zoals onboarding en personeelsontwikkeling.

What will you be doing?

In this role, you are responsible for attracting technical talent and further developing HR within TRIBE. You manage the recruitment process for technical positions, working in close collaboration with the management team. You conduct intake interviews, define the right profiles together with the organization, and actively source suitable candidates. You lead interviews, guide candidates through the process, and ensure new colleagues land well within TRIBE.

In addition to recruitment, you contribute to the further structuring of HR processes within the organization. You identify where processes can be improved and help develop a solid HR foundation that evolves alongside our growing company. 

Other key activities involve:

  • Managing the full recruitment process for technical positions;
  • Actively sourcing technical professionals;
  • Conducting intake interviews with management and hiring managers;
  • Screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates;
  • Advising management on recruitment inflow and labor market trends;
  • Contributing to the further development of HR within TRIBE.

What do you need for this role?

You have a proven track record in tech recruitment and know how to reach and engage technical professionals. You work independently, take full ownership of the recruitment process, and communicate easily with management, hiring managers, and candidates. You are analytical, possess strong communication skills, and can maintain an overview of multiple processes simultaneously. Experience in sourcing and recruiting (electrical) engineering profiles is essential for this role.

Additionally, you enjoy building the HR function within a growing organization and recognize opportunities to further develop processes. An HR-related degree or experience with HR tasks is considered an advantage.

Where will you be working?

You will be based at our office in Houten and you will have regular contact with candidates, colleagues, and management.
